It seems that you are not aware of what Alphabet (not Google) is doing. They got a few hundred different cloud products for AI, GIS, Security, Machine Learning, Analytics, etc.

Do you know that Mizuho, one of three Japanese megabanks, migrated ultimately to Google Cloud Services, even their core banking system? Killing some product here and there is regular, but Alphabet is a data-driven company and one of three primary cloud providers. They know why they do what they do.
