I had not ne toed to apply as I used to be an a-owner of big company (700+ people) th;erefore I understand hiring processes.

However, these might be (albeit I doubt, I can check) questions during the process but. However, processes in such enterprises are much more complex than answering seven questions, and any answer will not disqualify anyone.
