This is nonsense. Quitting alcohol can lead to short episodes of physical abstinence crisis, and it is supposed to be under a medical doctor's supervision.
Thankfully, “coach” for getting people sober is forbidden in the EU.
We are talking about chronic disease and not bad habits.
